Chris Brown finally got his chance to speak out today, by giving a public apology to all of his fans. Brown has emerged from laying low after the January altercation with his ex-girlfriend singer Rihanna. The apology has gotten the entire blog world buzzing. Some say it’s too little and too late. Some say it’s a publicity stunt considering the R&B crooner has an album dropping soon. But, we’re all fans of the pelvis thrusting tenderoni at PLPR, so all is forgiven. We wanna here from you, what do you guys think?
