Chris Brown finally got his chance to speak out today, by giving a public apology to all of his fans. Brown has emerged from laying low after the January altercation with his ex-girlfriend singer Rihanna. The apology has gotten the entire blog world buzzing. Some say it’s too little and too late. Some say it’s a publicity stunt considering the R&B crooner has an album dropping soon. But, we’re all fans of the pelvis thrusting tenderoni at PLPR, so all is forgiven.
